Since physical machine rental involves hardware resource locking and bandwidth reservation, we typically do not offer no-reason refunds. If you encounter any technical failure that makes the service unusable, please contact [email protected], and we will provide compensation or a pro-rata refund based on the situation.

By default, all devices come pre-installed with the latest version of macOS. If you have specific OS version requirements (e.g., needing an older macOS version for compatibility testing), please confirm with us before ordering.

Yes. You have full control over the rented physical machine. Upon delivery, we provide root-level account credentials, allowing you to freely install any required development tools, configure environment variables, or modify system settings.

We enforce strict physical isolation policies. MACDATE is only responsible for the maintenance of underlying hardware and networking, and never touches any data inside user systems. After the service expires or is terminated by the user, the system automatically performs military-grade data shredding on the SSD to ensure no commercial secrets remain.

To ensure environment purity, we deliver a fresh, native macOS system by default. You can rapidly download Xcode, Homebrew, Docker, or other AI training environments through the 1GBPS dedicated bandwidth. If you need batch deployment of pre-installed images, please contact our technical support.

Each Mac mini is equipped with a dedicated public IP and 1GBPS exclusive uplink/downlink bandwidth. We do not limit traffic consumption, making it ideal for large-scale iOS compilation, high-definition rendering transmission, and cross-regional data synchronization.

Yes. Since you are renting a complete physical machine rather than a virtual machine, you can 100% utilize the M4 chip's Neural Engine and Unified Memory. CoreML or PyTorch (MPS) can achieve extremely high efficiency for AI inference and model training.

macOS natively supports multi-user login. You can establish multiple concurrent sessions through SSH for team collaboration. VNC remote desktop typically supports primary screen sharing. For high-performance real-time multi-person collaboration, we recommend configuring standard enterprise-level remote access permissions.

We provide 99.9% hardware high-availability assurance. If the system detects CPU throttling, disk errors, or power anomalies, our full-time support team will intervene. If hardware damage is confirmed, we will replace your unit with an identical computing node within 30 minutes.

Due to the highly integrated on-board storage structure of the Mac mini, hardware specs cannot be physically upgraded during the rental period. We recommend choosing the 1TB or 2TB expansion versions at checkout based on your needs. If expansion is necessary, we can swap your device for a higher-spec one via data migration.

Yes. During your rental period, the IPv4 address assigned to your system is completely fixed. This is crucial for configuring CI/CD whitelists, DNS resolution, or hosting exclusive services.

To ensure resource availability for the next user and your privacy security, after the renewal grace period (typically 48 hours), the system will execute an automated resource recycling process, which will permanently and irretrievably erase all data on the SSD. Please be sure to complete data backup before expiration.
